To hire from the Philippines, your company must be accredited by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), which you do through a DMW-accredited FPA (foreign principal agency) like Macati. For UK and EU candidates there’s no DMW step – instead we work to the right-to-work, sponsorship and licensing rules of your destination country. We’ll tell you which route is faster for the roles you need.
