Recruitment Specialist – Manpower Agency Exp

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough interviews with potential candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and suitability for overseas deployment.
  • Track and manage the documentation process, including visas, medical records, and other deployment-related paperwork.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Liaise with agencies to facilitate and expedite necessary processes, maintaining a proactive approach to address potential challenges.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with clients to understand their specific job requirements and deployment expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize assigned job orders, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of candidates according to client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment field and/or recruitment agency environment.
  • Experienced level in using MS Tools.
  • Proven experience in client services or recruitment coordination, preferably in overseas deployment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with visa and deployment procedures is advantageous.
